which has evolved
from National Car
Control Centres Ltd
(NCCC) - a company
specialising in skid
control driver
training.

Our Driver
Assessment and
Training Courses are
primarily aimed at
companies as part of
their Managing
Occupational Road
Risk (MORR)
policy for health
and safety and also
for private
individuals that
wish to improve
their driving skills
and feel more
confident on the
roads.

In recent years both
local and national
government have
introduced a series
of initiatives aimed
at improving road
safety and reducing
accidents and
casualties. In
April 2008 the
Corporate
Manslaughter Act
was passed which enables companies to be prosecuted if an employee driving on company business is involved in a road traffic accident that kills or injures someone. |

In short, the onus is on employers to ensure that their drivers are adequately assessed and trained to be safe on the roads. |

To cater for this,
NDAC has been set up
to assess and train
drivers who come
under the
requirements of Duty
of Care relating to
MORR policy.
To date, the
majority of
companies are either
unaware of, or
unable, technically
or financially, of
meeting their duty
of care requirements
under the Act and
this can have huge
ramifications in the
event of an injury
or death involving a
driver on company
business.
These workspaces are
complete with
information systems
that allow you to
store any type of
information, in a
secure and organised
way, so that it is
readily available at
any time, to you and
anyone else that you
choose.
